Information for Vendors

Thank you for being a part of Diwalifest. The event will be outdoors on the grounds of Sargent Memorial Library in Boxborough, MA.

Diwalifest starts at 12:00 and ends at 4:30 PM. We will have volunteers at the event venue starting at 10:00 am. There is parking at the library and at the Blanchard school parking lot (next to the library). Each vendor will get a 10'X10' space to set up their table/tent etc. Please bring your own. Our volunteers will help you find your spot on the grounds.  (Please no change in booth location). 

In addition to the booths, we will also have cultural performances by kids. We will also have Diwali themed arts and crafts stations for kids, henna and face painting. Thank you for making this vision a reality. If you have any questions, please reach out. We would also appreciate it if you could spread the word about Diwalifest and encourage people to come. There is no entry fee. 

•  Event is on Sunday, October 20th with a rain date of October 27th. Time: 12-4:30 PM.

•  Sargent Memorial Library is at 427 Massachusetts Ave, Boxborough, MA

• Space Provided will be 10 ft X10 ft.

• Please bring your own table, chair and tent/canopy

• Food vendors are responsible for bringing their own trash bins and disposing them

• Arrive any time after 10 am; 10am- 12pm is your set up time. (Please adhere to the time and help us get started sharp at 12pm.)

• Park at the Boxborough library parking for set up. Then move your car/trucks to Blanchard School parking lot and walk to the event grounds.

• If you take contactless payments, print the id clearly and display it on the booth for quick transactions.

• We cannot provide electrical outlets but there will be some outlets on the outer wall of the library which may be shared on prior approval if needed.

• If your booth needs additional help (for setup only) through our student volunteers, please let us know immediately.

• Our estimate is that  800- 1200 people will attend the event. We will have about 15 food vendors. Please plan and price accordingly.
